Poppy Points are tracked on our business cards—every purchase earns you a stamp! Once you complete 5 orders, you’ll receive 15% off your next order as a thank-you for your loyalty.

Delivery Address & Information
House deliveries: we will knock or ring the doorbell. If there’s no answer within 10 minutes, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot near the entrance. Please be ready to grab your arrangement or let the recipient know they’re waiting outside!
Condos or apartment buildings: if a lobby is available, flowers will be left either at the front desk or apartment front door, depending on the building’s delivery policy. If no one answers, we’ll send a quick text or call to let the recipient know where the flowers are.
We always do our best to place flowers in a secure spot. Hello Poppy isn’t responsible for any damage caused by weather, theft, or anything beyond our control. Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on time, but it’s important that the information provided is accurate. Hello Poppy, is not responsible for any incorrect details, such as wrong addresses or phone numbers.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and we’ve already made a delivery attempt, there may be an additional fee for any further delivery attempts.

Miami – $5
Broward – $10
Boca Raton – $15
Pickup Information
Pickup is available in Edgewater – 33137, seven days a week between 10 AM and 6 PM.
The full pickup address will be provided once you complete the order form. After your form is submitted and payment is received, we’ll give you a call to coordinate the best day and time for your pickup.
Return Policy
As flower lovers, we know how delicate nature can be. That’s why at Hello Poppy, we go above and beyond to source the freshest, most beautiful blooms for every order. That said, fresh flowers are fragile and require proper care to last.
We’re happy to provide a care guide to help you get the most out of your flowers. With proper care, we guarantee your arrangement will last a minimum of 72 hours from the time of pickup or delivery. How you treat your flowers truly makes all the difference!
If you’re not satisfied with the longevity of your blooms, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form or emailing us at hellopoppy.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving them. Be sure to include a description of the issue along with clear photos. If there’s a valid quality concern, we’ll happily exchange your flowers for a new arrangement.

We do not offer refunds, and we do not provide exchanges based on personal preferences such as specific flower types, colors, or styles. Every Hello Poppy arrangement is one of a kind—crafted based on your order form responses and what’s freshest and inspiring at the flower market that day.
